I’m Aimer Sanchez, owner of Synctra, and I bring over 15 years of experience supporting business leaders, entrepreneurs, and organisations to run smoothly and effectively. My career has taken me through a wide variety of roles – from managing events and operations, to supporting directors and executives in both corporate and creative industries.

I thrive on creating order out of complexity. Whether it’s coordinating high-level projects, streamlining processes, or ensuring communications flow seamlessly, I take pride in being the person who keeps everything moving. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in stakeholder management, diary coordination, recruitment support, and event logistics – always with an eye for detail and a genuine commitment to service.

What drives me is helping people and businesses achieve their goals more efficiently, freeing up time and energy so they can focus on what they do best. I believe professionalism and reliability should go hand-in-hand with warmth, respect, and approachability – qualities my clients and colleagues value in me.

When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring creative projects and staying connected with the events world, bringing a touch of that energy and organisation into everything I do.
